5 Food that protects your eyes


 The number of people living with eye loss is increasing rapidly due to exposure to radioactive materials and taking foods that lacks vitamin E (Which improve eye sight).


However sugar is huge way of helping eye growth but it has health effects and fake sugar that contains too many carbon compounds are dangerous to the human system.

So today we are going look at 5 foods that help to improve the eye sight and as well give other health benefits.



1.Carrot : Carrot is number one required fruit or food supplements has it contains very  high content carotene which is converted to  Vitamin A.
One carrot contains daily supplements needed by the human eyes. Doctors advises to take carrot atleast twice a week.
Over 250,000 to 500,000 becomes blind every year due to Vitamin A deficiency.


2. FISH (Oily) : Fishes such as Salmon, Mackerel, Sardines and Mackerel contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), an omega-3 fat
that is concentrated in the eye’s retina and
required for the maintenance of normal vision.
According to reports, eating oily fish once or twice  may
help to reduce the risk of macular degeneration.
It also prevent blepharitis.

3. Orange; Yes;orange why?
Orange is said to be one if not the number one food content when it comes to vitamin C.
Orange is orange because it contains high content of beta Carotene.

 4  Green leafs (Vegetables):
Green leafs or dark green leafs like they are called might not contain vitamin but as we all know contains minerals such as iron.

The most popular one is spinach.
5  Eggs are a great food to eat for eye health.
The yolks contain vitamin A, lutein,
zeaxanthin, and zinc, which are all vital to eye
health. Vitamin A safeguards the cornea. The
cornea is the surface of the eye. Lutein and
zeaxanthin lower the chance of getting
serious eye conditions like age-related
macular degeneration and cataracts. Zinc
contributes to the health of the retina. The
retina is the back of the eye. Zinc also helps
eyes see at night.
Eggs are extremely versatile and can work for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A simple way to
enjoy eggs is by hard-boiling them.
Conclusion : the eyes needs omega-3 acids, Beta carotene and Vitamins (A,E and C).
